Deed restrictions for 25 years stating, “No mobile homes being a nmanufactured home requiring titling or statement of ownership through TDHCA (Texas Department of Housing and nCommunity Affairs) shall be moved onto Property. The Property shall not be utilized as a recreational vehicle (RV) npark, nor shall a recreational vehicle be utilized as a permanent residence.”
