Whitewater Springs is a hidden hill country diamond in the rough. Views for miles, and very private, quiet, secluded neighborhood nestled along Cow Creek. Subdivision is across from a wildlife preserve that will never be developed. Only 35 min to Austin area or 35 min to Marble Falls or 35 min to Burnet area. Cell service is good, but even better with a cell booster. The Viasat wifi is good, but will certainly be faster in the near future with the new high-speed internet being installed via StarLink. Septic is needed, but lot has electric and water tap.
